Mobile phone con: 08718 717 123 calls and hangs up

I just got a phone call to my mobile from this number: 08718 717 123

It hung up after one ring... normally I'd ring back anyone that does that, in case it's a friend stuck without credit/change for a phone box/whatever, but I thought the code looked like a premium rate number... so I googled it. And found this: http://www.northamptonshire.co.uk/archives/00000139.htm

So it's a fairly standard premium-rate con. Just thought I'd pass the info on...

This page will crash Internet Explorer. This is quite possibly the single most pathetic Microsoft bug I've seen yet  :)

Update: apparently this will also crash Outlook and anything else which uses that library to render HTML content. I feel a .sig coming on ;)
