Mobile phone con: 08718 717 123 calls and hangs up

I just got a phone call to my mobile from this number: 08718 717 123

It hung up after one ring... normally I'd ring back anyone that does that, in case it's a friend stuck without credit/change for a phone box/whatever, but I thought the code looked like a premium rate number... so I googled it. So it's a fairly standard premium-rate con. Just thought I'd pass the info on...
