Last night's sleep:
Got to sleep sometime after 2am. Woke up naturally at around 10:30am. Got up around 2pm.

Today's food:
20g chocolate.
Half a toasted spinach and cheese pannini thing (at Costa).
Cheeseburger and chips (in Wetherspoons).
10g chocolate.

Today's drinks:
Half-pint of lemonade (with burger).

OK, so far your diet hasn't really included anything _real_, ie. anything that might be worthwhile in the vitamin area. have you maybe thought about getting a bit more fresh food (fruit/veg) and less of the snacks/junk food? It really could help your body heal itself very much quicker...

P.S. - congratulations on being able to eat so much random crap and still have a great body. *Pout* Wish I could do the same... ;-P

The only healthy thing that I generally eat (but I eat it quite often) is fresh pasta. I seem to be having a particularly junk-food-y period at present, but hopefully you'll see some slightly more useful meals consumed over the next week.
