Give pics a chance...

This slogan caught my eye...

As did this one - it's interesting to see the level of detail some people are interested in.

Apparently this is the official position of Oxford University Students Union. I presume Tony Blair's son is one of them.

This girl refused to get down when a policeman told her to, because she wanted me to take her picture :)

You meet some interesting people on demo marches. Bet she was warm.

And then there was the bloke randomly handing out 'Uno' cards, with anti-war slogans hand-written on them.

These next three are all taken from the same position, one to the left, one straight ahead, and one to the right:

Mirrored sign on side of office building. Delusions of artistic nature.

If you've ever worried about going along to these things, don't. I know there's a lot of weird types there, bank managers, housewives, etc, but there are also plenty of normal people like you and me:

There are also small people:

(the signs read "Kids like me are getting bombed right now")
I obviously look like the type who gets arrested, someone made a point of getting me to take one of these leaflets...

In the park, there were lots of jugglers and poi and fun stuff happening. I was so busy joining in that I didn't take many pictures - this is about the only good one.

And finally, here's our beloved defenders of law and order, 'advancing to the rear' after a few of their number tried to turn a peaceful demo into a fight. We herded them out of the park instead.
