My social life for the next couple of weeks:

Fri 05 Oct 14:00 : Airkix with James (10 minutes)
Fri 12 Oct 22:00 : Airkix with Col and Bec (8 minutes)
Sun 14 Oct 21:00 : Airkix with Ellie (8 minutes)
Sun 21 Oct 13:30 : Airkix with 'nam posse (4 minutes)

I think that covers the essentials ;)

I left a message on your answerphone - there wasn't room for all three of us in the 8:30pm slot so I had to move us to 10pm - hope that works for you two, if not then let me know and I'll, um, panic.

Basically they're booked solid every weekend, a month in advance.

Sorry about that - my phone was on silent and on charge so I didn't notice it!

I've spoken to Bec and that's absolutely fine - 8pm at Euston is cool for meeting up. Looking at the train times we might have to get back to the station pretty sharpish as if we don't make the 23.02 Silverlink then it's an hour's wait until the next one.

Yah. Tis a shame, but the available timeslots for flying were rather limited.

I tend to get the train there because if you miss your timeslot by so much as a minute, they won't let you in - and no refunds. Can't trust the M1 that much early evenings :) Also, the train is cheaper than the RX unless you've got a passenger contributing to petrol!

Spinning sounds likely - what's it for?

Spinning is for a club night in mk...er if you bell my mobey you could jump off at Flitwick for a cuppa ( i know you don't drink hot drinks ) and get back on using your ticket,,, With new found fortunes thought the rx would be a lambo by now :)

Heh. Couldn't even afford to get the damn thing tarted up in the end - buying a flat has eaten the vast majority of the money, and my debts ate the rest. I had about 3 grand left over to play with and I blew that on a party for my friends, the flying stuff, and some really big monitors :)

If I'd realised that it was going to be that little I had to mess about with, I'd have had the car sorted rather than bought the monitors... but I sort of missed out stamp duty when I did my rough calculations, so I thought I had about 8 grand more than I actually do.
