Just returned from my first session of physio since the operation to remove the metalwork, and it was pretty good. I dunno what she did to the back of my knee, but now when I bend it as far as it'll go, (a) it goes a little bit further, and (b) it no longer feels like my kneecap is about to pop off if I bend it a millimetre further. Which is quite reassuring.
It feels better just walking too. I suspect that's the best and wisest 40 quid I've spent lately.
