Just got the 4am email from my webserver telling me that it's run the log analysis scripts. Mainly, this lets me know that I've failed to go to sleep at anything resembling a sensible hour. Yay for depression, and all the fun things it brings.

God, I know that one only too well. Not sleeping when you *should* be sleeping, & then falling asleep when you have to be awake. :o/

Thanks... it comes and goes. I feel better now, having just woken up, but I'm a bit concerned about sleeping right tonight so that I can cope with getting up for work tomorrow...
