It's a good place to work. The network usage agreement I signed when I started said something like "I won't download porn or warez. Anything else is fine."

Ours works more along the lines that everyone breaks the agreement to one degree or another, so as long as no porn is involved and overall performance doesn't suffer, they don't mind a great deal.
[Also, the boys in DTS (Desktop Services) would be so severely implicated in any disciplinary that they'd have to sack the whole department...]
