"Hustle to the music..."

Went to see Kung Fu Hustle with trishpiglet. Highly recommended, and very silly. The film that is, not my companion. Although now that I think about it... ;)

Popped into a pub for a drink afterwards, where I talked non-stop for almost the entire time we were in there. I don't usually do that, so seemed powerless to actually figure out how to shut myself up. Fortunately I found plenty of deeply personal and highly illegal things to talk about, so at least it wasn't too dull. Hopefully.

I've just realised that tomorrow is Friday, which makes it officially Nearly The Weekend. I think I'll go to bed on that high note :)

All that stuff you were talking about might have seemed dull to you because it's *your* stuff - you've heard it lots of times. To someone who doesn't know you all that well, it's absolutely fascinating.

I doubt anyone who knows you as little as I do could come away from a conversation with you unfascinated. You are *so* not dull.
Besides which, ME sitting quietly and listening?! That doesn't happen often.
