I need to start keeping track of some health related stuff, mostly just what I eat and how much sleep I get and when. I'm going to do it on LJ because that way there's a high chance I'll remember to do it each day. I'll cut the posts, but leave them public - it's tedious crap, but sometimes people take an interest in tedious crap. Feel free to skip them.


Last night's sleep:
Got to sleep sometime after 2am. Woken up 8ish by background noise. Got up 8:45ish.

Todays food:
Full english breakfast (2 cheap but not too nasty sausages, fried egg, bacon, mushrooms, beans)
Burger (Burger King bacon double cheese. Ick.)
Half a dozen fizzy cola bottles and similar.

Today's drinks:
1 x 500ml Ribena
