Instant Messenger lock-outs, take 2

I keep forgetting to mention this... in the midst of all the excited shouting about how Microsoft were planning to lock third-party software such as Trillian and gAIM out of their IM network, no-one really took any notice of the fact that Yahoo quietly did the same thing, only with less in the way of up-front announcements. So I can no longer talk to anyone using Yahoo Messenger. I recommend Jabber or ICQ if you want to find me online, although I also have AIM (and MSN is still working at present). IDs are all in my user info here on LJ.
