Any recommendations of places to shop (online or in London) for ballet heel fetish boots? I know Alternative Footwear and Fantasy Heels, any other websites? What about real shops in London? Cheers.

No worries. I know I've seen ballet-style shoes there before, and if you can afford it she does bespoke stuff, so I'm sure you could get something sorted out.

Harrods will obtain anything that exists and can be acquired, apparently, although they will probably be a leetle pricey.
