Following on from yesterday's post about having my bank account emptied by criminals:

This would be a nice time for anyone who owes me money to try really hard to pay me it back - or even part of it.

I'd really appreciate it.

I know everyone has hard times with money, and that's why sometimes I offer to lend it to people who need it when I do have it myself - as I did for parts of last year and the year before. However, some of those loans have been sitting out there for a long time now, and some of those people haven't been broke for all those months. It would really help to maintain my faith in the people I know if the karmic balance could swing my way this month - I really do need it. Thanks.

I'm assuming that you did get your money from the speakers, if not, please shout now...

Excellent. It's nice to know that both of those sets of speakers are being used again, by people who appreciate them. Although I was a bit jealous when I got Bec's working and remembered just how much bass they produce :)

Unfortunately, the money being in my account means that some sneaky bastard just spent it :) But I'm fairly sure I should get it back without too much hassle - Abbey were really efficient and hassle-free about the whole thing last time (I'm just hoping that a second 'offense' doesn't stop them being so helpful).

Yeah I had a nasty feeling it had fallen prey to that...
