Have you ever read the Sandman comics/graphic novels? The film is written by the author of those comics, and the art director for the film is the artist for the comics. It's beautiful, and funny, and really really worth seeing. And for five quid, well worth owning.
is that neil gaiman then? i've never actually read the comics. although i have thought about it, i own too many parts of series that i'd like to complete before buying any new ones. damn self-restraint. but anyway, i have read good omens. though the relevance of that depends on neil gaiman actualy being the author you mean... ah well. xx
