Meh. My experience of many tech communities is that the askers/answerers are the other way round. Even if you try to second guess all the obvious wrong and useless answers by specifically stating what you've already tried or what in context can't be the problem, the first answer to come back will be from someone who refused to read what you wrote, and answered instead some bastardisation of the question limited by their own limited experience of the subject area. Which it turns out they don't fully understand even that bit of.
