This morning I had my first counselling session for the post traumatic stress caused by the accident.

It was only when I arrived at work afterwards that I noticed I'm wearing my I'M NOT TENSE! t-shirt :-D

Hey Denny!

Got any advice for a girl whose cast is coming off thursday. Its been on 8 weeks.

I hope the session went well. Hubby says the visions end after a while, he got hit by a car while on a bike, went over from front fender, over the car landed by the rear fender other side.

My cast lasted exactly 4 days. They put it on me on Thursday morning, I was discharged Friday afternoon, it ripped all the skin off of the skin-graft donor site over the weekend, and I went back Monday morning and harassed them until they removed it.

I had the advantage that with the metalwork on the inside, the cast wasn't absolutely essential to my healing.
