Very supportive.
I wouldn't mind so much if the only apparent purpose of the 'welcome' email hadn't been to inform me of just how much spam I had agreed to receive when I bought a ticket through them. Apparently even if I go to their site, log in, and opt out of all their own mailings, they're still entitled to sell my address on to their 'event partners'. I guess I'll be blocking that address shortly then... probably with a suitably phrased custom delivery failure message. In fact, how about "Please do not spam to this email, spams to this email will not be responded to or read." ? :)
