Hmmmm. So if a conference about the waterfall model is obviously best held near Niagara Falls ... clearly you should name any abstract thing you invent after your favourite holiday destination or after something that can best be found there, in the hope that when your invention becomes big enough to have its own international conference that's where it'll be held.
Me, I'm a lazy stay-at-home sort of person, so I think I'll be inventing the Big Comfy Sofa And A Glass Of Gin software development paradigm. At some point. When I get round to it.
