There was a very famous female big cat trainer who had a bit in her act where she would be 'savaged' by one of her male cats. She always wore a white costume and was, of course, in no real danger.

Well, it was in the Sport... I don't think they need to be pranked as such. They're the people who once ran the front page headline "Double Decker Bus Disappears From Moon", accompanied by photographic evidence of a busless moon surface. :)
