Food, then.
Jan. 7th, 2006 06:34 pmJust got back from shopping... for the entertainment of those following my attempt to revise my eating habits, here is this week's shopping list:
3 litres of orange juice
3 litres of apple+raspberry juice
2 litres of apple+pear juice
1 bag of clementines
1 bag of apples
Half a cucumber
Fresh leek and potato soup.
2 x 500g fresh pasta
2 x cheese sauce
1 x bolognese sauce
1 x tomato and herb sauce with extra garlic
Roule
Double gloucester
Ham from the carvery (yum)
Bacon (going to attempt the microwave thing here - any tips welcomed)
1 loaf of bread
2 pints of milk
8 tins of tuna
12 x hot cross buns
2 x sponge puddings
1 x cherry pie
Conspicuous by their abscence: drinks other than fruit juice, chocolate, ready meals.
Meant to purchase but forgot: mushrooms, to go in the tomato/herb/etc sauce.
Best of all, though not really of any dietary benefit, I found a hair conditioner that smells of apples. Happy now. :)
