dennyThe last few days I keep getting mild attacks of wooziness... feel a bit light-headed, not quite dizzy but going in that direction, and very weak - just to the point where I sometimes sit down just in case, but mostly decide that I don't need to.
I can't work out whether it's just the heat wearing me out, or if I've got mild sunstroke, or I've not eaten enough or slept enough, or what... I think I'm eating about the same as I usually do, which is generally just about enough to get by on, and I don't recall any particularly sleepless nights - although the heat does suck mightily, and I'm definitely waking up well in advance of my alarm again. I've caught quite a bit more sun than I'd like, but I've not burned, so I don't think it was enough to do anything weird to me.
