dennyGot to work this morning to find out that one of our hosted webservers had vanished off the 'net. After three hours of investigation, the hosting company has just called us back to say that they've found the problem... they formatted it on Saturday afternoon.
Apparently they had a new customer cancel on them, and they pulled our box out of the rack and recycled it instead of the new customer's one.
Days like today, I'm extra glad that I'm not client-facing :)
