The Gap into the Gap series

Avid readers may recall that I was in need of books 2 and 5 in the Gap series, having bought books 1, 3 and 4.
A local second-hand bookshop was recommended to me a couple of weeks ago, and lo and behold they did have book 2, in reasonably good condition too. Much rejoicing did occur.
Then I was left with that terribly difficult decision - do I start reading book 2 now (having already read book 1), in the hope that I will somehow find a copy of book 5 before too long? Or do I wait until I have all 5 safely in my hands?
Actually I suppose it wasn't that traumatic a decision - I started reading it on the tram on the way home from the bookshop :-D
And so, inevitably, I find myself now at the end of book 4 thinking 'oh crap, I really want to know how this all turns out'. Anybody who has book 5 and can think of a sensible way of lending it to me, it would be much appreciated. Anybody who sees book 5 in a shop and buys it for me will be speedily reimbursed!
Actually, I think I'll go and join the local library, I suppose they should be able to get a copy from somewhere...
