Having gotten to wear a corset once (unfortunately I didn't have the $450 required to purchase said clothing) I was rather shocked at my comfort and ability to breathe normally. It was the right size, it was laced by a professional, I was doing it "right" but damn, I was comfortable. Maybe they just weren't doing it right back then!

bit of a generous corset too btw, closer to 28" than 18".. surely these artists could do SOME research... i can think of lots of places offhand...(ah i've gone off message again haven't i?)
