If you love Michael Marshall Smith, I'd lay bets that you'd like Steve Erickson. Amnesiascope is the best of his that I've read so far - I'd lend it to you but it's currently lent out already.

I did actually look at this meme when zotz posted it and decide not to bother... then I saw your list and thought 'ooh, some of those are Really Good', and I had to join in :)
