That's the one, related to that. That was done by Harlow, and he used something (I know know is called) called the "Butler love machine". I still haven't found anything substantial about the original research, but Harlow's use of it (and much more of his research) is here (http://psychclassics.asu.edu/Harlow/love.htm).
Neat! I'll flip through my psych books and see if I can turn up anything for you. I remember the pictures of the metal-mesh mother and the furry mother.
