Seen it before, not keen really. Maybe I missed the point...
I've never liked strategy games, like Civ, Sims, etc. This strikes me as being something along the same lines?

Not really - the reason I like it is because you casn take it seriously, or as a joke... most people are taking it as joke - come on - my National Animal is a Monosyllabic Rhubarb Frog...
