Front and back.
Side. Posture definitely improving, although it's still fairly self-conscious rather than ingrained.
Tensed back. Not as impressively defined as the mid pull-up pics, I'll have to figure out how to take more of those in future. :)
So, there we go. Looking at the previous set, from December, I seem to be a bit more defined around the stomach maybe? Small changes, but positive anyway. Happy about the posture improvement, hope that settles into my hindbrain eventually.
