One suspects that there is slightly more to the neighbours' complaints, I find it hard to believe anyone could have a problem with someone flying a flag for a kiddies party!
I would have thought that there'd be more neighbour issues if you were flying the Union Jack or St George's Cross in Cornwall, than a pirate flag for a birthday party in Staffordshire, espercially with the recent renewed interest in Pirates of the Caribbean...
