Hrm, depends on wether someone else built it for him, and how much he was responsible for the final structure, and what his legal status is ( sole trader , Limited company, and what insurance he has to go with it ) , strangley enough the landlord of the land it was located on, also has a duty of care, and in may respects under entertainment/ event " law " also has a similar duty of care similar to an employer, I look forward to seeing the outcome of the case, although obviously for the sake of those injured wish the structure had not failed in the first place...
