Good News / Bad News

dennySo, the bad news is, I got a letter from the Thames Valley Police this morning, informing me that they're not going to take any action regarding my accident, i.e. they won't be prosecuting him for driving without due care and attention. Which is a shit.
But the good news is, I got a letter from my solicitor this morning, with a cheque for £3100 as an interim payment against the value of my motorcycle. I don't think this counts as the other guy admitting anything, it's more of an interest-free loan I suppose, but it's going to make paying my bills a hell of a lot easier for the next couple of months.
