In other news, I went to the gym this evening. Everything was a bit easier than I expected, except the arm exercises (bicep and tricep) which were every bit as painful as I thought they'd be. My general stamina isn't quite as sucky as I thought it might be, and I'm hopeful that my overall fitness might pick up quite quickly if I keep this up. The arms might take some work though :)
Oh yes, and I forgot to mention the other day... when I went for the induction session on Friday, they weighed me. It turns out I'm not quite as scrawny as I thought... I'm just over 10 and a half stone, rather than somewhere around 9 and a half which is what I was last time I weighed myself. Hopefully it'll go up a bit more over the next few months, as I build up a bit of muscle.
