I'm still skinny, I'm just unfit and untoned, so my stomach is starting to make a bid for expansion - I'm flabby, rather than overweight. I could probably get back in the shape I was before the accident if I just did a few exercises every day, which is what I think I may have to do. 100 sit-ups for breakfast, hooray :-\
