Actually I'm quite dissapointed you didn't recognise the humour...maybe I'm loseing my touch, I even waited till just gone 10 to send it, so immediate excitment levels would be diening down...
Please keep the number matey, continued mess up by phone companies means I will be stuck with this number for some time,,,

Just gone 10 I was having a very panicked search for petrol stations, there was plenty of excitement and not a lot of humour about at the time :)

Yeah I can imagine, what a nightmare...any possibility you may have run the tank so low, that some flakes of debris have got in the carb, hence the starting issue ?

Excellent suggestion, that man. Denny, wipe the carb chambers with kitchen rol, remove the jets and check they're not blocked, have a look at the fuel filter, that type of thing.
