Well, that's an interesting angle. I was a bit concerned about working for an online marketing company - the last people in that sector who approached me were a spam house (by a different name, but definitely quacked like a duck), so I was worried about the ethics side of it - I told the spam house there was no way I was working in their industry after seeing my inbox each morning :)
So I take it if you've used them, they're good people? (in as much as anyone in marketing can be classified that way) ;)
Did you get the impression their technology was any good/interesting/etc? Or do you not get any feel for that from a host-site point of view?
Their site works, it's easy enough to use (and gives you the data you need); they don't seem pushy, and neither they nor their advertisers have a bad "feel".
I've no idea how effective the technology actually is, and I suspect my click-volumes are far too low to get much turnover. I've not seen it fail to serve the banners at any time, IIRC.

Not much more I can say though.
