The main problem I have is that once I've not been able to sleep for one night, it's really difficult to get to sleep at any reasonable hour the next night - it's more likely that the hour of rest will move further around the clock each time. I can switch my sleeping patterns around from day to night to day again about three times in a single week if I don't have any particular hours to keep at work. I think I need to live on a planet with a 28 or 30 hour day...
