dennyMy dad has been around and tried to cheer me up / give me a pep talk. This has resulted in me being bloody angry, which is a lot more fun than being depressed.
I sometimes wonder if he knows that it will work this way - he has in the past proven to be more perceptive than I generally give him credit for - but I'm pretty sure he actually expects me to 'buck up' after one of his little chats, rather than wanting to hit him with something solid until he goes away.
