Just tried to go downstairs for the first time today to find something to drink, preparatory to the excitement of going out to find some food. My legs were shuddering before I'd reached the stairs and gave out about halfway down... I guess I'm still ill or something. I further guess that getting in the car at this point would be a bad idea.

*crawls back under duvet*

My head doesn't hurt anywhere near as much as yesterday, and I don't feel sick any more (although that might be because I haven't eaten anything today). The muscular aches-and-pains stuff appears to be getting worse, but it could just be because I've been in bed all day, I suppose. I've still got a cough and a blocked/runny nose (apply one adjective to each nostril... reverse application every 5 to 10 minutes)

To summarise: bleurgh.
