You think this is bad, wait until you start jumping out of planes and discover what that costs, and how addictive it can be.
I met a girl who'd been a Wall St trader, she went to do a tandem jump with her colleagues one Saturday, went back the next day and did 2 more, then her AFF course. 6 months after that, she'd sold the BMW, the Manhattan apartment and was living in a trailer on a drop zone in Arizona, jumping every day.
I hate to think of the many, many thousands of pounds I've spent in airtime and equipment over the years, probably around 10k.
Yours and Fliss's positions seem to have improved and stabilised nicely. Helen just needs to bring her arms in and keep the elbow's at about 90 degrees.
Fliss's position is bullet-proof. She just sort of hung in the middle of the tunnel, bimbling up and down every now and then - don't think she touched the walls more than two or three times while she was in there. I think you're the only person (except the instructors) that I've seen be more stable in there.
