Focus on the Family aren't a religious organisation by any reasonable definition of the word "religious". They are political hate-mongers for the Republican party, hiding behind a veneer of religion.
Of course, I'm slightly biased against them, having been reading (a href="www.morons.org/">Morons for several years, a website originally written as a place to rant about them.

I wonder if their Narnia stuff is any good? It's all their own actors doing it. Still, I'll find out soon enough ;) And a very oddlt titled book.

Although I'm very keen on CS Lewis's literary output, I think he was quite strict about what families are for/how they are comprised. I seem to recall a couple in "That Hideous Strength" got quite a dressing down for not having got on with it and had kids straight away.

Although I'm sure his relationships were a little unconventional.
