According to the IM&T thingy I got handed during my induction on the first day, if I install any software on my work PC, instead of phoning the helpdesk and waiting 3 months for them to come and install it for me, I will be in breach of contract and subject to disciplinary measures up to and including dismissal from my job.
So... despite the fact that aegidian made me realise how much nicer Mozilla is to work with than IE, and how much nicer Safari is to work with than Mozilla, I don't think I'll be installing either of those on this machine :(
