Bah.

It looks like my walk to work is about to get a bit longer... the guys who run the company were out today and came back full of enthusiasm for the new offices they just viewed. Contracts not signed yet, but they're all pretty keen, so I imagine it's a go.

On the bright side, they're talking about getting a pool table in the meeting room in the new office :) It's also a lot closer to the centre of Wimbledon, which means lunch breaks become more useful.

I still don't want to get out of bed earlier every morning though. Maybe I'll start looking for a new flat that's closer to the new office, once we've definitely moved into it. There's no parking anywhere in that area apparently, so that's a pain in the arse too - I was hoping to avoid winter leg pains by driving in to work next winter. Oh well, that's a way off yet.

Update: looking at the map some more, it doesn't look like it's that much further really - although if I recall correctly it's got a nasty chunk of uphill in it. Maybe I'll try walking it at some point this week and see how long it takes...
