Cannabis goes from class B to class C

Haven't noticed anyone else mentioning or discussing this:

MPs today backed the downgrading of cannabis as ministers denied the move amounted to legalisation of the drug.

The reclassification of cannabis from class B to class C was backed by 316 votes to 160, a majority of 156, despite Conservative warnings that it would lead more young people into hard drugs.

The downgrading of cannabis is now scheduled to go ahead on January 29.

Whitby then. I'm slightly concerned at the total lack of panicked running around (yes, I know, ha ha) that I've had to do... I'm sure it was more complicated than this last time. However, I have some clothes, juggling balls, toothbrush, digicam and killer attack cat, and I think that's me ready.
