Ouch - we've been having bad luck lately too (although obviously not at bad as that).
It seems like every electronic thing we've bought lately hasn't worked, and things we have already have broken or stopped working and things haven't worked out how we planned...
Much as I really hate to say it, that did make me giggle a little.. Just the concept of monkeys attacking, especially ostensibly cute-looking little ones like that.
Short term thinking by them - as soon as the more aggressive monkeys have successfully driven off the other monkeys for good, they'll start treating 'their' territory as a bread basket too...
Unlucky for sure ... but if I were him I'd be pissed off that they weren't going to broadcast the fight.
If I was going to die from a jousting competition (probably the first person to do so for several hundred years) I'd want as many people to see the battle as possible.
OK, his family may object, but by the time it would be broadcast they would have had plenty of time to grieve.
Berlimey...the odds of that happening must be staggering! I'm glad they haven't had a fit of stupidity (as can be normally the case when these things happen) banning this type of events from future programmes...
