Yesterday I had a stonking headache, and all my muscles and joints ached too. I put this down to it being Monday, but judging by the blocked nose and cough that have joined in today, I have the lurgy. At least the headache isn't so bad today, that was really quite severe yesterday.

Bleh.

Is it cold over there yet? It's freaking freezing over here in Canada. I was walking home from work and I swear to God my face almost fell off.

It's cold for the UK at this time of year, yeah. They're telling us we're going to have a really serious winter this year - one of my friends has a theory that the gulf stream has broken and they just haven't told us yet.
