My home 'net connection is being DoSed. For a change it's not one of the juvenile morons from KoC that's doing it, despite the timing being strategically extremely inconvenient... this time it appears to be a piece of rogue equipment in my ISP's own network. With ISPs like this, who needs enemies?
Anyway, this inspired me to Opera installed get my Nokia 6630, so I can still spend my gold in KoC at night :-P Works pretty well considering the limitations of the device, I'm impressed. Will definitely pay the registration fee for it.
So, this means I'm not reading my personal email at the minute. I'm also not spending very much time on LJ, as work has been pretty damn busy the last couple of weeks and I don't really have any spare time for personal net use during the day. If you need me, phone/SMS is probably the best method... number is on my memories under 'contact details'.
Update: oh yeah, forgot to say... Age 3 of Kings of Chaos finished on Saturday, with me still safely at #1. My alliance very nearly managed to take the #2 spot as well, missing it by a single point, and we did manage to take 8 out of the top 10. I was a very happy geek :) Age 4 is so far looking like my predictions were right - my alliance fragmented badly and I'm currently holding #2 reasonably safely, but with not a lot of chance of seeing the #1 spot again unless things change dramatically in the coming weeks.

I realise this particular problem isn't the phone's fault, but it's one of my main annoyances with it at present :)
