I thought this place (http://www.villagevoice.com/news/0641,murphy,74685,6.html) was as bad as it got, but at least they're dealing with very mentally ill children.

I wonder what the suicide rate is there; I know it's what I'd be thinking about if I were trapped in that kind of place...
