Good news on the promotion! Well done you. As for job title, meh, unless you have flash business cards that impress people, it's a bit moot, isn't it? Stick the word "mangler""manager" in there somewhere if you can bear it... then again, if your team are all "Perl Developer"s and you're the "Senior PD", then that conveys hierarchy in my book. Or just staying power, I guess... ;-)
