I've decided to try deliberately putting a lot more food in my face for a while and see how that causes my muscle/fat ratio to develop.

I've also just started doing some focused exercises based on particular tricks I'd like to be able to do - currently I'm trying to work my way up to handstand push-ups, so that should be good for some extra shoulder muscle :)

Speaking of trick prep, that reminds me; I haven't done side-planks for a few days, should get some of those in this evening too (for human flag... something of a long-term goal!)
